This policy explains what Westwood Custom Homes LLC ("Westwood", "we") collects through this website and what we do with it. It is written to be read in a couple of minutes.
What we collect
When you send the consultation form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, project location, the kind of home you would like to build and your message.
With the form we also receive the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). These tell us how people find the site.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you about your project and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
The form is delivered to us through a form or automation service, and the website is hosted by a web hosting provider. These companies process the information on our behalf and keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security.
The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. It loads only if you choose to show it, and Google's own privacy policy then applies to that map.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the project or for our business records, then delete them.

This website is meant for adults planning a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
